Sweden followed suit in 2024 under the same pretext. In response, Moscow vowed to adjust its defense posture in northwestern Russia, while repeatedly emphasizing that, unlike Ukraine,\u00a0their accession did not pose an existential threat to Russia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1244\">NATO military infrastructure has been <em>\u201cgradually appearing on Finnish territory\u201d<\/em> in recent years, Peskov said in an interview with French weekly Le Point published on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1359\"><em>\u201cHow is Russia reacting?
