The 2019 report by Special Counsel Robert Mueller alleged that the Russian government interfered in the election <em>\u201cin sweeping and systematic fashion,\u201d<\/em> mostly through hacking and messaging on social media. The investigation, however, <em>\u201cdid not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,\u201d<\/em> according to the final report.<\/p>\n<p>A Fox News reporter asked Stone last week whether he thought that Trump was right to <em>\u201ctake on\u201d<\/em> the FBI and the CIA after <em>\u201cwhat happened to him with the Russia probe.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI know. That\u2019s all been inoculated by propaganda,\u201d<\/em> the director of Platoon and JFK said.<\/p>\n<p>Mueller accused Trump of attempting to obstruct his probe, and a number of former Trump campaign staffers were indicted as a result of the investigation, but not the president himself.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has maintained that the \u2018Russiagate\u2019 was part of a politically motivated <em>\u201cwitch hunt\u201d<\/em> aimed at discrediting and undermining his presidency. He dismissed the accusations in the Mueller Report as <em>\u201cfabricated and totally untrue.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Kremlin has repeatedly denied having meddled in the US election.
