We got harsh, ideological answers,\u201d<\/em> Fadeyev said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the human rights chief, the replies by ChatGPT <em>\u201cfelt like they were written not by artificial intelligence, but by natural intelligence in the central committee of a political party from another country.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fadeyev mentioned the decision by US President Donald Trump earlier this month to terminate government funding for Voice of America (VOA), with Trump accusing the state-run international broadcasting network of <em>\u201cspreading radical propaganda\u201d<\/em> for the Democratic Party at home and abroad.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n        <span><strong>Read more<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<figure>\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mf.b37mrtl.ru\/files\/2025.03\/thumbnail\/67e3a9c32030277b0e57228b.jpg\" alt='A light projection reading \"RT.
