A massive flying disc was recently spotted above a missile base in Montana<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Senate Armed Services Committee is preparing to stage a new hearing to boost the credibility of the Pentagon\u2019s division charged with dealing with unidentified flying objects, a senior lawmaker has said.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>The All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) was founded in July 2022, with the help of Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a New York Democrat. She told the Daily Mail on Monday that she\u2019s working to schedule a hearing within weeks.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>\u201cIt\u2019s a priority for me because I think it\u2019s very important we continue to make things publicly available,\u201d<\/em> Gillibrand said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/strong>The Armed Services Committee intends to host \u201ca progress report on how many unidentified aerial phenomena [UAP] we\u2019ve assessed and analyzed, give examples of what we have identified and give examples of what we haven\u2019t identified,\u201d<\/em> she told the outlet.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>According to Gillibrand, the hearing should renew public trust in AARO, after a series of military whistleblower claims about the government covering up possible alien encounters.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe also want to try to continue to build credibility within this office [AARO] so more of the public can feed in sightings and have a place and a platform to send information and inquiries,\u201d<\/em> she added, \u201cbecause that\u2019s eventually what this office is supposed to do.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/strong>The hearing announcement comes just two weeks after a video of a \u201chuge UFO\u201d<\/em> with \u201ctons of blinking and spinning lights\u201d<\/em> was posted<\/a> on Reddit. The sighting was recorded in Choteau, Montana, less than 100 kilometers from the Malmstrom Air Force Base, a major nuclear missile facility.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>\u201cThe photos aren\u2019t scary, but seeing what you truly believe to be a massive object in the silent night sky going over YOUR head and home carries a lot more emotional weight in person,\u201d<\/em> said the anonymous witness.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>When some users suggested the phenomenon may have been a constellation of Elon Musk\u2019s Starlink communication satellites, the witness disagreed.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>\u201cI\u2019m familiar with Starlink videos,\u201d<\/em> he wrote. \u201c\u2019While we were watching the object it was very apparent that the lights were around the silhouette of a large craft. You could not \u2018see between the lights\u2019, it was solid dark behind them. Our take is that we were seeing a disc shape from the side.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
